作者指南

Format for submission—please follow the Harvard Referencing System. (A guide for assistance with this can be found here.)

All articles that are submitted must have the author and affiliations submitted on a separate page, any reference to an author’s own work within the article to be removed for the purposes of review.

Articles will be considered for publication of 3000-5000 words (longer work may be considered upon consultation).

Journal of Public Pedagogies considers all manuscripts on the strict condition that:

  • the manuscript is your own original work, and does not duplicate any other previously published work, including your own previously published work.
  • the manuscript has been submitted only to the Journal of Public Pedagogies; it is not under consideration or peer review or accepted for publication or in press or published elsewhere.
  • the manuscript contains nothing that is abusive, defamatory, libelous, obscene, fraudulent, or illegal.

Journal of Public Pedagogies is a peer-reviewed journal of the Public Pedagogies Institute. The journal publishes articles on learning and teaching in the community and generally outside formal educational institutions. Articles that do concern formal institutions must concern engagement with the broader community.

Note that this journal does not have article processing or submission charges.
